Dementia Care Services Director Job Vacancy

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our dementia care services in North London. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in elderly dementia care and experience in achieving good CQC ratings.

Salary: £55,000 per annum + Yearly & CQC Bonus + Excellent Benefits

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of care, and maintaining excellent CQC ratings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Protecting residents from avoidable harm and abuse
  • Ensuring proper medication management and documentation
  • Promoting and organizing social activities

Requirements:

  • Must be a CQC Registered Manager
