Job Description:

Solventum is a leading provider of innovative healthcare solutions, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Manager to join our team.

As a Territory Business Manager, you will be responsible for executing our Medical Surgical Solutions Value Proposition for Negative Pressure Wound Therapy in both Acute and Community Care Settings. You will develop and manage favorable relationships with key decision-makers and department leaders, drive pre-tender market consultation, and implement tender contracts and new product introductions.

You will also support value-based pricing to drive profitable growth, create value with total concept including hardware, products, and service, and develop and execute a business plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and product use.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's Degree or higher and Negative Pressure Wound Therapy expertise and experience. You will also need to have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Solventum Medical Surgical Solutions Value Proposition for Negative Pressure Wound Therapy in both Acute and Community Care Settings.
