About the Role

As a Territory Business Manager at Solventum, you will have the opportunity to pioneer game-changing innovations at the intersection of health, material, and data science. Your role will involve executing the company's Medical Surgical Solutions Value Proposition for Negative Pressure Wound Therapy in both acute and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing a business plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and product use
  • Executing the company's Medical Surgical Solutions Value Proposition for Negative Pressure Wound Therapy in both acute and community settings
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the needs of the customer
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Life Science, Business, Clinical, or Nursing field
  • Negative Pressure Wound Therapy expertise and experience
  • Experience and ability to manage key accounts and opportunities through a professional customer relationship management process and application
  • Current, valid driver's license

Please note that proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and experience in CRM systems, such as Salesforce, are highly desirable. Additionally, remote working and occasional travel may be required for this role.
