About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Territory Business Manager, where you will have the chance to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving account-level sales and penetration objectives
  • Driving utilization of the Solventum product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objectives
  • Developing and managing favourable relationships with key decision makers (physicians, wound care nurses, nursing staff, and others)
  • Improving wound care knowledge and providing clinical training and education to customers
  • Identifying patients that benefit from Advanced Wound Therapy, including post-acute transition
  • Facilitating all steps for a successful post-acute transition process
  • Supporting clinical trials and product testing
  • Participating in customer events (congress, workshops, etc.), when required
  • Developing a territory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and usage
Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Sales experience within the medical (or life science) industry, preferred but not essential
  • Proven sales experience is essential
