Job Description

We are seeking a Territory Business Manager to join our team in the North Central London ICS region. As a Territory Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and penetration objectives, developing and managing relationships with key decision makers, and improving wound care knowledge and providing clinical training and education to customers.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve account-level sales and penetration objectives
  • Drive utilization of the Solventum product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objectives
  • Develop and manage favourable relationships with key decision makers (physicians, wound care nurses, nursing staff and others)
  • Improve wound care knowledge and provide clinical training and education to customers
  • Identify patients that benefit from Advanced Wound Therapy, including post-acute transition
  • Facilitate all steps for a successful post-acute transition process
  • Support clinical trials and product testing
  • Participate in customer events (congress, workshops, etc...), when required
  • Develop a territory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and usage
Requirements
  • Sales experience within the medical (or life science) industry preferred but not essential
  • Proven sales experience is essential
