Job Description

We are seeking a Territory Business Manager to join our team. As a Territory Business Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve account-level sales and penetration objectives
  • Develop and manage favourable relationships with key decision makers (physicians, wound care nurses, nursing staff and others)
  • Improve wound care knowledge and provide clinical training and education to customers
  • Develop a territory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and usage
Requirements
  • Sales experience within the medical (or life science) industry preferred but not essential
  • Proven sales experience is essential
  • Caring personality and motivated to improving the health and well-being of others
  • Very good relationship building skills
  • Ability to deal effectively in all business relationships while projecting a positive image of the company
About the Role

This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a Solventum career. Sales Territories – North Central London ICS including hospitals such as UCLH, Whittington, RNOH.
