Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our New Business Sales team at Revolut. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and engagement across the globe.

Your primary focus will be on prospecting, outreach, and deal closure, owning the entire sales cycle from initial contact to activation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for customers, from onboarding to daily usage.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of Revolut Business. Fluency in English is mandatory, and prior commercial experience in outbound sales and prospecting is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in launching a career in a high-performing sales culture, with proven determination and accountability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. They will also have effective time management and organization skills to balance customer engagement, deal closing, and CRM administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and outreach across multiple touch points and channels
  • Developing and executing a robust lead-sourcing strategy
  • Building and managing your own pipeline, from prospecting to closing and account management
  • Liaising customer relationships with Revolut internal stakeholders
  • Being autonomous to effectively balance your time and engage your team
  • Using solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate the value proposition

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English
  • 1+ year of demonstrable commercial experience in outbound sales and prospecting
  • Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone
  • Impeccable literacy skills (email, LinkedIn outreach)
  • A keen interest in launching a career in a high-performing sales culture
  • Proven determination and accountability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
