About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Global Nurse Force. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis and Strategic Planning: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
  • Business Development and Growth: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue for Global Nurse Force.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, challenges, and opportunities in the healthcare sector, including the NHS and private sectors.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Develop and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners, and negotiate contracts and agreements as needed.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with a strong background in healthcare recruitment and a focus on the NHS and private sectors.
  • Skills: Proven track record of driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare administration.
