We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Director to join our team at Iron Mountain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies to drive business growth within existing account bases.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise-level consultative selling, sales process, and outcome-focused sales.

  • Experience working with channel partners, hyperscalers, and systems integrators.
  • Ability to develop solutions that map to customer requirements.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Ability to make decisions, think in broad terms, considering the impact on the company.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of Iron Mountain and customers (to include C-level) on a wide range of topics and issues.
