We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Director to join our team at Iron Mountain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies to drive business growth within existing account bases.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our customers.
- Develop and manage sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise-level consultative selling, sales process, and outcome-focused sales.
- Strong background in managing and selling into Central and Regional Health Bodies, as well as ICS/ICBs, NHS Trusts, and Private Healthcare.
- Experience working with channel partners, hyperscalers, and systems integrators.
- Ability to develop solutions that map to customer requirements.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills.
- Ability to influence and negotiate.
- Ability to make decisions, think in broad terms, considering the impact on the company.
- Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of Iron Mountain and customers (to include C-level) on a wide range of topics and issues.
