About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behavioural Support Specialist to join our team. As a Behavioural Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive learning environment and supporting pupils' behavioural and educational development.

Responsibilities
  • Support classroom activities and assist teachers in creating a positive learning environment.
  • Provide one-on-one support for students with SEMH/SEN needs, aiding their academic progress and understanding of the curriculum.
  • Help prepare teaching materials and organise resources for lessons.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with pupils, fostering respect and confidence.
  • Collaborate with the wider school team to share ideas, strategies, and best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in supporting students with behavioural challenges.
  • Strong references showcasing your ability to work effectively in similar roles.
  • A comprehensive CV detailing your full employment history.
  • The right to work in the UK.
What We Offer

Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata)
