Job Description

This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about working closely with students to help them manage their behaviour, succeed academically, and thrive socially. As a Behavioural Support Teaching Assistant Specialist, you will work directly with students who face behavioural challenges, offering one-to-one support and helping them engage with their lessons.

  • You will collaborate with teachers and the school's SENCO to implement strategies that support these students in a positive and structured environment.
  • Your work will go beyond academics; you will help students build essential life skills like self-regulation, confidence, and social interaction.
