Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Educational Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

As an Educational Behaviour Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to students with autism and associated complexities. You will work closely with our teaching staff to develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies and provide individualised support to students as needed.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience working with students with autism and has a passion for delivering high-quality education and care. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A strong understanding of autism and associated complexities
  • Previous experience working with students with autism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment


In return, we offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
