Job Description

The Behaviour Mentor Teaching Assistant will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide emotional support, create a safe learning environment, and help children overcome behaviour challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 months child-related professional experience and a passion for supporting children with behavioural issues.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a degree or interest in Psychology or Criminology to develop their skills and experience in a supportive and inclusive school community.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 months child-related professional experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient and calm approach to managing behaviour challenges
  • A genuine passion for working with children
