The Role
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with challenging behaviours.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop individualised behaviour plans.
  • Monitor and record student behaviour and progress.
  • Facilitate group sessions to teach essential life skills.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for additional support.
  • Stay updated on best practices in behaviour management.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Experience working with students with challenging behaviours.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
