Job Title: Administrator
Position available: 1 full-time position (37.5 hours), based in Sandwell
Salary: £22,308 - £23,575
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as an Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Community Services Directorate.
Key Responsibilities- Providing administrative support to the Community Services Directorate
- Inputting information accurately and speedily into our case record system
- Connecting with statutory and non-statutory agencies representing BCWA
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Confident user of IT, including Microsoft Office and virtual platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of organization and efficiency
- Training and development opportunities
