Mantell Gwynedd invites applications from highly motivated individuals to fill the role of Prevention and Intervention Volunteer. As a volunteer, you will be working closely with our team to deliver the Bureau (prevention) and Referral Order (post Court) Process.

The estimated salary for this position is £24,000-£29,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Community Panel Meetings to assess the needs of young people
  • Assisting YJS staff members and other community volunteers in developing and implementing effective plans
  • Providing guidance and support to young people throughout the process
