About the Role

As a Therapy Assistant at the Neuro Therapy Centre, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of the therapy department. You will work under direction to deliver exercise-based interventions, along with some housekeeping and administration duties.

You will be responsible for assisting the Physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate records, and undertaking moving and handling techniques. Additionally, you will provide non-clinical support to students and volunteers, participate in self-development and training, and undertake administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical duties include assisting in the treatment of members with delegated exercises or treatments, maintaining records, and undertaking moving and handling techniques.
  • Professional responsibilities involve providing support to students and volunteers, participating in training, and managing non-clinical duties.
  • Organisational duties include performing housekeeping tasks, managing priorities, and undertaking administrative tasks.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive training programme, regular support, supervision, and appraisals.
