About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Advisory Committee in Wales, supporting our grant-making strategy within the nations and regions. As a volunteer, you will work closely with our team to award grants to organizations that benefit children and young people in Wales.

Key responsibilities include attending Grant Allocation meetings, providing expert advice, and helping to develop a balanced portfolio of grants. You will also contribute to planning and portfolio meetings, ensuring alignment with our strategic priorities.

Applicants should have a strong understanding of the voluntary sector, equal opportunities, and the rights of the child. Experience working with children and young people, especially in the early years, is highly desirable.
