Collaboration Development Manager

The Collaboration Development Manager will be responsible for strengthening relationships with communities, artists, theatre makers, companies, and venues across Cardiff. This will involve collaborating across the Producing and Collaboration departments to pursue creative development and co-creation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to foster creative engagement opportunities for participants of all ages around NTW's productions.
- Support the work of NTW's TEAM Panel, a group of 15+ artists, activists, educators, and community leaders from across Wales.
- Access to bespoke skills and professional development training.
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
- Flexibility to work remotely and adapt to changing priorities.
