We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our Rough Sleepers' Intervention Service in Cardiff. As a Homelessness Support Specialist, you will be part of our community striving to create a Wales where people stand together to provide hope, support, and solutions to end homelessness.

The Service operates in Cardiff working with vulnerable adults who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Your role will involve engaging service users into support services, providing life skills training, and promoting independence.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing and offering meals to Rough Sleepers while involving service users in the process
  2. Assisting with support and life skills training
  3. Attending team meetings and contributing to discussions
  4. Safeguarding and promoting the best interests of service users
  5. Participating in necessary training

You will work closely with our team to achieve our goal of preventing instances of homelessness. Estimated salary for this position is £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
