About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic occupational therapist to join our Band 6 team, providing expert care and support to individuals in their own homes. As part of our Rapid Assessment and Prevention (RAP) service, you will work closely with GP and Welsh Ambulance colleagues to deliver timely interventions and prevent hospital admissions.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical governance and risk management principles, with the ability to critically appraise own performance and make effective clinical decisions. You will be an autonomous practitioner with excellent personal organisational skills, able to manage your caseload effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently.

As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will have access to comprehensive training and education opportunities, as well as regular supervision and support from experienced clinicians. We offer a competitive salary of £44,866 - £60,983 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
