- To provide comprehensive assessments for children and young people with disabilities, taking into account their individual needs and goals.
- To deliver occupational therapy services in various settings, including children's homes, educational settings, and respite placements.
- Liaise with colleagues to complete comprehensive assessments and care management plans for children with disabilities.
- To conduct manual handling risk assessments and implement safer handling practices to prevent injuries.
- To consider the least restrictive intervention options that promote independence and minimize the impact of disability.
- To ensure that service delivery is child-centered and takes into account the wishes and feelings of the child and young person.
- A competitive salary of £38 per hour.
- A mix of home working and office/home visits once induction is completed.
