Sales and Revenue Development Manager

We are looking for a skilled Sales and Revenue Development Manager to join our team at Auto Skills UK. As a senior member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Maintain regular contact with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Lead by example, setting a high standard of professionalism and customer service within the sales team.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the automotive industry.
- A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Basic Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.
- OTE (On Target Earnings): Up to £12,000 per annum.
