Noodle Talent Partners is a recruitment agency that connects top talent with leading engineering businesses. Our client, a prominent player in the industry, is seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of generating new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying new sales leads, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:- CLIENT RELATIONS: BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CLIENTS AND IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
- Sales Strategies: DEVELOP AND EXECUTE EFFECTIVE SALES STRATEGIES TO DRIVE REVENUE GROWTH
- Market Analysis: CONDUCT MARKET ANALYSIS TO IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND TRENDS
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- MINIMUM 3 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF GENERATING NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF THE ENGINEERING INDUSTRY
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including:
- MILEAGE ALLOWANCE FOR COMPANY CAR USE
