Job Description

We are currently looking for a Sales Administration Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our National Accounts department, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and sales support in our Livingston depot.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing enquiries from existing and new clients, recording information regarding customers' accounts and equipment requirements.
  • Providing high-level sales support by responding to enquiries efficiently, professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Opening up new customer/supplier accounts through Carrier Portals & completing MK Denial processes.
  • Ensuring all quality processes are followed and participating in external and internal quality audits.
  • Managing databases with a high level of accuracy to enable targeted marketing activity.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in administration or sales (ideally in the rental sector).
  • A proactive approach focused on customers.
  • A result-driven attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner.
  • A very good command of MS Office.
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to develop your skills.
  • Great time management and organizational skills.
