About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our team in West Lothian. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Field Sales team, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, or website to respond to sales-related enquiries
  • Qualify leads through email, phone, and CRM, passing larger opportunities to the Sales team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare customer quotations
  • Manage the sales pipeline for smaller value sales opportunities
  • Update, maintain, and cleanse the CRM database system
  • Support the Sales Manager with forecasting pipelines within the CRM
  • Monitor sales digital leads and dashboard to ensure timely follow-ups by the Sales team
  • Provide sales administration support to the Sales Manager and Sales team
  • Attend Sales team meetings

About You:

  • Previous experience in a sales support role with direct customer interaction
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, including CRM database systems and sales tools/software
  • Able to work in a team environment while taking ownership of personal tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills

Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum + bonus, along with opportunities for professional development and growth in a dynamic industry.
