About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our UK office and propel our business to new heights. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a team of Sales Consultants to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Sales Consultants to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to US legal regulations and maintain the highest ethical standards.
  • Previous management experience is desirable, but not essential; senior consultants looking to step into management are encouraged to apply.
