AJ Bell Management Limited is a rapidly growing investment platform business in the UK, catering to professionals and DIY investors. We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing and CRM Lead to join our team.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving our marketing and CRM strategy forward, leveraging the Bloomreach platform to maximize its potential. You'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution and data-driven decision-making.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a generous holiday allowance, discretionary bonus, contributory pension scheme, buy as you earn share scheme, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and execution of our marketing and CRM strategy, aligning with business objectives.
  • Oversee the management of complex automation journeys within the Bloomreach platform, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Develop and implement analytics strategies to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead training and education efforts for team members on CRM best practices, promoting effective utilization of the system.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a CRM/data role, preferably with a focus on marketing automation.
  • Expertise in building automated customer journeys using Bloomreach or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with digital analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics Explore, Adobe Analytics, or Acoustic/IBM Digital Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and educate team members.
