Senior CRM Lead

Quest Search & Selection is partnering with a leading tech eCommerce platform specialised in consumer goods and food delivery. This business offers an extensive range of products including household essentials, medication, office supplies, groceries, and even fresh prepared food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building market awareness of the retail network for a startup in a scale-up business.
- Developing a client acquisition/business development strategy based on existing/retention and new customers, focusing on data-driven insights.
- Creating and executing digital campaigns, such as display, banners, CRM, pop-ups, logo, sponsored content, and social.
- Shaping the ads product portfolio (digital and non-digital campaigns) and opportunities based on market trends and vendor insights.
Requirements:
- Graduate calibre with 3 years of relevant retail media proposition building/client partnership experience.
- Experience in managing online campaigns and understanding different products.
- Essential experience in startup/scale-up, requiring building awareness in the market of the retail network.
- A data-driven mindset, adept at creating and interpreting sales forecasts and conveying insights through data.
- Desirable experience working with consumer-packaged goods (CPG) vendors in the digital space.
