About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to support the management team on employee relations cases. The successful applicant will also be responsible for overseeing new team member recruitment, collaborating with Finance to provide accurate payroll information, and encouraging employee participation in surveys.

This is a permanent role available for 15-16 hours per week, with flexible working hours. A competitive salary of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum (pro-rata) is on offer, as well as a range of benefits including 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays), enhanced pension contributions, an Employee Assistance Program, and flexible working hours.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to support the management team on employee relations cases
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • GCSEs or equivalent (Maths & English grades 5+)
