As an HR Administrator at Gap Personnel, you will have the opportunity to work with a major client in Wrexham, providing administrative support to their HR department.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Overview:

Our client is a leading manufacturer in the region, and we are seeking an HR Administrator to support their HR department during a period of maternity leave.

As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, including data entry, payroll processing, and employee onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake data entry of starters, leavers, and payroll changes
  • Process overtime for staff and input hours to meet payroll deadlines
  • Arrange appointments for Occupational Health referrals and Heath Surveillance
  • Support new starter onboarding process
  • Produce letters of employment and respond to references

Requirements:

  • Proven administration experience, ideally from a manufacturing background
  • HR and Payroll background would be advantageous
  • Good level of general education and qualified to 'A' level standard
  • Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel
