As an HR Administrator at Gap Personnel, you will have the opportunity to work with a major client in Wrexham, providing administrative support to their HR department.

Job Overview:
Our client is a leading manufacturer in the region, and we are seeking an HR Administrator to support their HR department during a period of maternity leave.
As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, including data entry, payroll processing, and employee onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake data entry of starters, leavers, and payroll changes
- Process overtime for staff and input hours to meet payroll deadlines
- Arrange appointments for Occupational Health referrals and Heath Surveillance
- Support new starter onboarding process
- Produce letters of employment and respond to references
Requirements:
- Proven administration experience, ideally from a manufacturing background
- HR and Payroll background would be advantageous
- Good level of general education and qualified to 'A' level standard
- Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel
