HR Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and organised HR Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the management team, oversee recruitment, manage payroll, and assist with employee surveys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide employee relations support to the management team.
  • Oversee the recruitment process for new team members.
  • Work with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Support employee survey processes and encourage participation.
Requirements:
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent (Grades 5 and above) including Maths and English.
