Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist and Support Specialist to join our team at CV-Library. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the management team on employee relations cases and overseeing new team member recruitment.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with Finance to provide accurate payroll information and encouraging employee participation in surveys. A competitive salary of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum (pro-rata) is on offer, as well as a range of benefits including 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays), enhanced pension contributions, an Employee Assistance Program, and flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the management team on employee relations cases
  2. Oversee new team member recruitment
  3. Collaborate with Finance to provide accurate payroll information
