Job Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to the management team on all employee relations cases.
  • Oversee the recruitment process for new team members.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll information is provided to the external payroll provider.
  • Support the employee survey process by encouraging participation and collaborating with the survey provider.
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent qualifications, including Maths and English at Grades 5 and above.
