Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at TribePost Ltd.

About the Role

The Aerospace QHSE Expert will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures designed to promote safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible operations.

This includes maintaining the Company's quality management systems (QMS) according to ISO9001 and EN 9100 standards specific quality requirements, monitoring production and operational processes to meet quality standards, and performing audits, inspections, and reviews of quality processes, identifying areas for improvement.

The successful candidate will also establish and enforce health and safety protocols in compliance with ISO 45001 to minimize workplace risks, conduct risk assessments and identify safety hazards in aerospace manufacturing, assembly, and operational environments, and lead safety training sessions focused on aerospace hazards, safe material handling, and equipment operation.

In addition, the Aerospace QHSE Expert will maintain and monitor an ISO 14001-compliant environmental management system (EMS) to address the environmental impact, ensure compliance with environmental regulations for emissions, waste management, and resource use specific to the aerospace sector, and conduct environmental audits and assessments, identify areas for improvement, and promote sustainability initiatives within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, environmental science, or a related field, experience in quality assurance for manufacturing, and relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or ISO lead auditor certifications, with specific experience in aerospace QHSE standards.

The estimated salary for this role is £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include company pension scheme, private medical insurance, life assurance, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, employee assistance programmes, and benefit hub discounts.
