Job Title: HR Coordinator

Location: Wrexham or Oswestry

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at Clockwork Organisation ltd.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with the management team, employees, and external partners.

The role involves providing support on employee relations cases, overseeing recruitment processes, and collaborating with the Finance team to ensure accurate payroll information is provided.

This is a permanent position with 15-16 hours of work per week, paid on a pro-rata basis. The salary for this role is estimated to be between £25,000 and £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We offer a range of benefits, including 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays), enhanced pension contributions, an Employee Assistance Program, and flexible working hours.

The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be able to demonstrate a high level of administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the management team on employee relations cases
  • Oversee the recruitment process for new team members
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate payroll information is provided
  • Support the employee survey process and encourage participation
  • Demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
