Human Resources Administrator Position

Clockwork Organisation Ltd t/a Travail Employment is seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to our management team. This role involves overseeing recruitment, managing payroll, and assisting with employee surveys.
Main Responsibilities:- To provide effective employee relations support to the management team.
- To oversee the recruitment process for new team members.
- To work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- To support employee survey processes and encourage participation.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent (Grades 5 and above) including Maths and English.
- 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays), increasing with length of service.
- Enhanced pension contributions.
- Employee Assistance Program.
- Flexible working hours.
Annual salary range: £25,000-£30,000
