Job Title: HR Coordinator

Clockwork Organisation Ltd t/a Travail Employment is seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to our management team. This role involves overseeing recruitment, managing payroll, and assisting with employee surveys.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To provide effective employee relations support to the management team.
  • To oversee the recruitment process for new team members.
  • To work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • To support employee survey processes and encourage participation.
Key Skills:
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent (Grades 5 and above) including Maths and English.
