We are seeking a highly skilled HR Co-ordinator to join our team at Travail Employment Group. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our management team with employee relations cases and providing expert guidance on HR matters.

This is a permanent, part-time position that requires 15-16 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, working closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate payroll information, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

To excel in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a good understanding of Microsoft Office, and a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent (Grades 5 and above) including Maths and English. You will also be required to provide monthly payroll information to our external payroll provider to ensure timely payments to staff.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, paid pro-rata for your hours worked. This includes additional benefits such as:
