Role Description

The Employee Development Coordinator will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to employees and managers, focusing on career development and people development processes. This role will also involve establishing effective employee relation solutions within existing local employee relation policy and practice.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Support the deployment and integration of people development processes
  2. Advise managers and employees on career development
  3. Maintain a two-way information flow with the business and HR Centres of Expertise
Key Requirements
  • Generalist HR background with change and strategic competencies
  • Strong HR knowledge and good communication skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence and conflict management skills
Compensation

This role comes with a competitive salary of approximately €62,000 per annum, dependent on location and experience.
