Job Description

This permanent role involves 15-16 hours of work per week and offers the option to work from home or in our office. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to the management team on all employee relations cases, seeking guidance from external HR experts when needed.

You will oversee the recruitment process for new team members, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This includes working closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Additionally, you will support the employee survey process, promoting participation and collaboration with the survey provider.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong foundation in Maths and English, equivalent to at least 5 GCSEs or higher. You must also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £26,400-£31,200 per annum, based on a 15-16 hour working week. In addition to your salary, you will also receive enhanced pension contributions, an Employee Assistance Program, and flexible working hours.
