HR Coordinator Role Summary

Clockwork Organisation Ltd t/a Travail Employment is looking for a motivated HR Coordinator to join their team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, overseeing recruitment, managing payroll, and assisting with employee surveys.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide employee relations support to the management team.
  • Oversee the recruitment process for new team members.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Support employee survey processes and encourage participation.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent (Grades 5 and above) including Maths and English.
