Company Overview:

Clockwork Organisation Ltd t/a Travail Employment is a leading provider of employment services. We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support our management team in all employee relations cases.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro-rata), depending on experience. This role also offers enhanced pension contributions, 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and flexible working hours.

Job Description:

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the management team, overseeing recruitment and managing payroll information. They will also work with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely payment of staff.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent (Grades 5 and above) to include Maths & English
