Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team in a part-time capacity. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the management team, overseeing recruitment, and ensuring accurate payroll information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings and preparing agendas.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process for new team members, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Process payroll information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, paid pro-rata for the 15-16 hour working week.
