HR Support Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient HR Support Officer to join our team at Travail Employment Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, including managing employee relations cases and coordinating the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations cases, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including shortlisting and interviewing candidates.
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Support the employee survey process, promoting engagement and participation among employees.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent (Grades 5 and above) to include Maths & English.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
- £27,000 per annum (pro-rata).
