Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Complaints Specialist to join our team at Employment Specialists Ltd. As a dedicated member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
About the Position:
- This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday with flexible hours available
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients raising concerns
- Investigate complaints thoroughly, gathering necessary information and documentation
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions, adhering to company policies and industry standards
- Manage and document all communications related to complaint cases
- Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the customer experience
- Analyse trends in customer complaints and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement
