Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Complaints Specialist to join our team at Employment Specialists Ltd. As a dedicated member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

About the Position:

  • This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday with flexible hours available
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients raising concerns
  2. Investigate complaints thoroughly, gathering necessary information and documentation
  3. Provide timely and accurate resolutions, adhering to company policies and industry standards
  4. Manage and document all communications related to complaint cases
  5. Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the customer experience
  6. Analyse trends in customer complaints and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement
