Customer Service Advisor

We are assisting Strive Supply Chain Services Ltd in their search for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a Monday to Friday basis.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service by handling and resolving a wide range of customer issues via phone, email or collaboration with colleagues, utilizing excellent judgement, attention to detail, communication skills, and passion for delivering high-quality services.

The ideal candidate will be reporting into the Admin & Customer Services Manager and will focus on building strong relationships with customers, responding to queries and concerns, and ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Admin & Customer Services Manager to develop and implement customer service strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary and Benefits:

£25,740 + Benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
