About the Job:Austin Fraser is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Support Associate to join their team on a 6-month temporary assignment in Ipswich. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor sales orders to ensure timely delivery and communicate any delays to customers promptly.
- Manage forward and back orders by monitoring stock availability and completing purchase orders effectively.
- Log customer interactions and activity accurately within the CRM system and via email.
- Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery schedules.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM/ERP systems being beneficial.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service is required.
- Monday to Friday hours ensure a healthy work-life balance.
- The salary of £26,000 per annum provides a competitive income.
