Salary Information: Our bank pay rate for Support Associates is £11.00 per hour, inclusive of bank holiday enhancement.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: As a Support Associate at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to maintain their independence and dignity. Your duties will include assisting with daily living tasks, providing companionship, and helping to promote a positive and supportive living environment. You will work closely with other members of the care team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.

Requirements: To be successful as a Support Associate, you will need to have experience of caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a patient and understanding approach. You will also need to be able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
