Are you a customer service enthusiast looking for a challenging role? We're seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our thriving Customer Service Centre in Ipswich. As a key member of our front-line team, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers and advisers on pension products.
Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced customer service professional who can handle phone calls and written correspondence with ease. You'll work closely with colleagues to provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with customers, advisers, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all phone calls and written correspondence to the highest standard.
- Develop good working relationships and rapport with customers, advisers, and external third parties.
- Build and maintain relationships with other internal departments.
- Provide great customer service, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Go the extra mile; be an advocate for the customers and advisers.
- Use clear and concise communication that is appropriate for the audience.
- Liaise with stakeholders and colleagues to support identified training and education opportunities.
- Accurately update the call tagging software to reflect the nature and type of call.

- Confidence to use your own initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise and remain agile with conflicting work demands.
- Experience within a customer service role.
