About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Student Services Assistant to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of the student services department, you will provide administrative support, answer queries, and resolve issues efficiently.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

You will work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals, including supporting students throughout their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing timely responses to student inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions
  • Assisting with the administration of student records, exams, and other related tasks
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of student services initiatives

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
